"Well behaved dogs" welcome by prior arrangement. A nominal additional charge of £5 per dog per night is applicable.
Discounts are available for a stay of 3 nights or more (Sunday to Thursday)
Special diets can be catered for on request
We regret that advance weekend bookings are usually for 2 nights (Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun) unless there is an opening, and it is always worth giving us a call to check.
We regret that one night bookings on weekends (Friday/Saturday) are not accepted unless there is an opening
All rooms are non smoking.
Group accommodation is available for your "special occasion" - family get-togethers, walking groups, wedding parties, themed activity weekends etc.
Please enquire about our special packages which include including wine, chocolates, baskets of fruit or flower arrangements in your room.
We accept payment by cash, cheques with a personal guarantee card, and most major credit & debit cards except American Express.
Please note if you choose to settle your account by credit card we do however seek to pass on the processing charges we incur when accepting payment by card and reserve the right to add 2% administration charge to the total cost of your stay.
Damage:
Cowley House reserves the right to levy a reasonable charge for any damage to the bedroom fixtures and fittings other than fair wear and tear.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation more than 2 weeks before arrival date we reserve the right to retain the reservation deposit if we are unable to re-let the room.
In the event of a cancellation 2 weeks or less before arrival date , we reserve the right to charge your credit/debit card or retain the deposit for the 1st night of your booking, should we be unable to re-let the room.
We reserve the right to charge £25.00 deposit for cancellation up to 8 days in advance of the booking date unless we are able to re-let the room. We reserve the right to charge the full payment for cancellations within 7 days of the booking date; again every effort will be made to re-let the room. Thank you.
Payment Terms:
1. To secure all bookings we require a valid credit card number. If a card is unavailable we request a £25 reservation deposit per night per room.
2. Payment can be made by cash, card or cheque. We do however seek to pass on the processing charges we incur when accepting payment by card as follows:
o Credit Cards @ 2% of the value to be charged
